If you do not fill out this survey, your mala will be completely customized. However, I will still need to know your wrist size in inches. If you do not email your wrist size to freespiritdelicacies@gmail.com after purchasing, do not worry. I will reach out to the telephone number and email submitted with your order if I do not hear from you.
Due to the nature of customization, your order cannot be refunded. That is why we recommend measuring your wrist to receive the correct size. If you are ordering for someone else and unsure of their wrist size, please do your best! If the mala does not fit them, I am more than happy to resize your mala.
